Salads are great meal options and should be in your meal plans. Here is a simple and easy recipe which you can make in minutes and eat, it’s got carbs too in the form of

Ingredients:
1/4 Onion sliced thin
1/2 Cucumber chopped small
Some parsley
2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise
10 Mini potatoes boiled and cooked
1/2 Green chili sliced thin
Some baby dils chopped small
1/2 Tomato chopped small
1 Mini yellow pepper sliced thin
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Sauces and seasonings like basil pesto , cumin and others that you like (based on taste)

RECIPE :
1. Toss all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix them together proper;y ensuring the potatoes don’t break and get mushy, enjoy the healthy meal in minutes .
