Shrimp Lahori Grill
It was a Saturday evening and a couple of my friends came home, they had got some beer and we were chatting in my Patio.
One of the guys said dude, show us some skills now and cook a starter. I did not have time to marinate anything so made this grilled shrimp. They went gaga about it , not sure it was the beer talking.. 😊 . You guys try the recipe and tell me what it was.

Marination: 1 hour preferred , can be skipped.

Ingredients:
12 Jumbo Shrimp, Keep the tails on.
½ Spoon of mace powder.
3 Spoon of Oil
Fresh Cilantro
Salt to taste
1/2 spoon of coriander seeds
½ spoon of fresh ground coriander powder (keep them coarse)
1 spoon of Cumin powder
½ spoon of White Pepper powder
1 spoon of lime juice
½ spoon of nutmeg powder
¼ spoons of cinnamon powder
½ spoon of garlic powder
1 spoon of chilli powder
½ spoon of thyme dried leaves.
Mint Chutney (Optional – only for serving)
RECIPE :
1. Mix 12 pieces of Jumbo Shrimp with 1/2 spoons of mace powder, oil, very thinly chopped fresh cilantro, salt to taste , 1/2 spoon of coriander seeds and fresh ground coriander powder (keep them coarse), cumin powder, thyme, chilli powder , 1 spoon of lime juice, ½ spoon of nutmeg powder, ¼ spoons of cinnamon powder, ½ spoon of garlic powder, ½ spoon of white pepper powder and marinate for an hours. Please make sure the marinade is applied equally and consistently across the shrimps.
2. Spray some Canola Oil in the Grill and Spread the Shrimps in the Grill. You can use a skewer of a mesh net, either ways it is Okay.
3. Cook the Shrimp in the grill for 12 minutes in low flame , 6 minutes each side. Let the shrimp get a little charred and then turn off the grill.
4. Serve Hot :) with Mint Chutney
