Salmon in Garlic cream
Salmon with anything is great but salmon with cream is special. This is one of my favorite recipes and every time I make it with some sort of a twist, this particular one includes simple veggies to enhance the nutrition factor of your plate. The dish uses minimal spices and is low on heat and hence is everybody’s favorite. Again this is an exclusive recipe from my kitchen and I hope y’all like it.

Prep Time – 5 Mins.

Ingredients :
Some spray oil
Some black pepper
½ Tablespoon of Chili powder
Some crushed Chili flakes
Some Olive oil
4 Garlic Pods chopped thin.
A scoop of Cream cheese.
Green chili, sliced from the middle.
1 Teaspoon of Cumin powder
1 Teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Some fresh basil leaves
1 cup of full fat Milk
7 Cherry Tomatoes
A scoop of Butter.
5 Salmon fillets.
Veggies -
Chopped Carrots
Corn
Green Peas
RECIPE:
Fish and Veggies-
1. Take a pan and spray some oil in it.
2. Place the salmon fillets in the pan.
3. Sprinkle some black pepper , red chili powder, crushed chili flakes and salt on them.
4. Place the pan on stove and start cooking the fish in medium heat for 5 minutes.
5. Place the pan in an oven and Broil the fish for 4 minutes, this would give a nice char to the fish.
6. Boil the veggies in a bowl in stove or in a microwave.
Sauce -
1. Pour some olive oil in a pan and let it heat in medium flame.
2. Add the garlic and sauté them for 3 minutes.
3. Add the chili and the cream cheese into the pan.
4. Saute in medium flame and let the cheese melt.
5. Add some salt to taste.
6. Sprinkle some black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1 spoon of cumin powder.
7. Sauté and mix them for 3 minutes.
8. No add some fresh basil leaves and sauté for a minute.
9. Add a cup of full fat milk into the pan , cook and bring it to heat.
10. Add seven Cherry tomatoes into the pan and cook for two minutes.
11. Now carefully place the salmon in the sauce.
12. Add the boiled carrots, corn and green peas into the sauce.
13. Cook for five minutes on medium heat, add a scoop of butter and close the lid.
14. Turn off the stove, the dish is ready
