Pan Seared Salmon in Cream
There are days you want to eat fish but do not have the energy to pull out a big recipe, this one comes as a boon for those days as the dish is quick and easy and is very tasty. Salmon is readily available and should always be in our refrigerator for these kind of quick dishes, it is also a rich source of protein. Please try out this version of Salmon Seared in a Pan and let me know if you like them.

Ingredients:
2 spoons of Cream or ½ cup of Whole Milk.
3 Spoon of Olive Oil, Canola should do as well.
1 bowl of Spinach chopped into medium.
1 spoon of Cumin powder
Salt to taste
3 red bell peppers chopped into 4 pieces. Other bell peppers would also do.
One Tomato , cut into half.
One Green chilli , cut into half.
2 Salmon Fillet
½ spoon chilli flakes
½ spoon Italian seasonings. (Optional)
RECIPE :
1. Take a flat pan and pour some oil in it.
2. Add some garlic and saute for a minute.
3. Carefully place the Salmon fillet in the Pan.
4. Sprinkle some cumin and salt and let it shallow fry/cook for 3 minutes.
5. Turn the salmon , sprinkle some cumin and salt and let it shallow fry/cook for 3 minutes.
6. Add the bell peppers , chilli and the tomato to the pan. The tomato will add some tanginess to your dish and will also help with the need for acidity.
7. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and sear it for 3 minutes.
8. Add a scoop of butter, and add the milk/cream.
9. Add the Spinach and cook for 5 more minutes until the cream becomes thick and starts to get absorbed in the fish.
10. Optional step – you can sprinkle some Italian seasoning.
11. Serve hot for two.
