Paneer Omelette (Omelette with shredded Paneer.)

​I generally cook a lot of everyday eateries in my kitchen , and I call them “Kuch Bhi” (Whetever) dishes out of anything in the kitchen. A lot of folks have requested me to start a chain of those fast recipes as they are easy to make and can be used to prepare daily food items. Here is my first recipe of the FAQ Recipes (Fast & Quick ).

Omellete is a everyday thing is most homes, it can be both comfort and exotic based on how you make it. You can add a lot of Meat to it, or Greens and make it your own. Here is a quick omelette recipe that never goes wrong. I have used Shredded paneer in this quick recipe.

Ingredients:
1 Spoon of Oil
2 Eggs
½ spoon of Coriander powder
½ spoon of Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1/5 piece of Onion , chopped into small dices.
A small piece of Paneer.
1 Green chilli.

RECIPE:
1. Take a bowl, break the eggs and add them to the bowl.
2. Add a pinch of salt, Coriander powder , Turmeric powder and whisk the mix.
3. Add the Onion and the Chillis and mix them again.
4. Take Pan and pour some oil in there.
5. When the oil heats up, pour the egg mix and let it spread equally in the pan.
6. When the eggs are 70% cooked, Shredd the Paneer on top of the omlette as shown in the picture using a grater.
7. Now turn half of the omelette to make a half fold.
8. Cook both the sides turning them for 1 minute each.
9. Serve hot.
