Azul Salute
Azul is blue in Spanish and hence I am naming this drink Azul Salute as it’s got those lovely Mexican flavors in it.
The Royal Rose Syrup sent me these great flavored syrups . They have a bunch of flavors to choose from and one of them is Maine Blueberry. Blue berries are my favorite and I love ‘em on my drinks. So bingo , I decided to make a blue berry based blue cocktail with tequila as my poison and that is this recipe.

Ingredients :
½ Shot of silver tequila
½ Shot of white rum
Some fresh blueberries , crushed
Lime juice from ½ lime wedge
1 Teaspoon of blueberry syrup or basic sugar syrup
1/3 Glass of sprite
1 Tablespoon of sugar
RECIPE :
1. Take the sugar powder and place it in a flat plate.
2. Apply lime on the rim of the glass, invert and press it on the plate with sugar and let the sugar get applied to the rim of your glass.
3. Toss some ice cubes in the glass.
4. Mix the ingredients listed above and pour on top of the ice cubes.
