Pepper Chicken

This is my rendition of Pepper Chicken using Chinese and South Indian flavors.



We have all had pepper chickens of different types, I wanted to cook something which is unique and diverse and hence I used Kura karam which is a South Indian Style Chillie Mixture and the Hunan Chinese chilli sauce. Try it for your own and let me know in the comments below.

Prep : 15 mins.
Marinate : 20 mins.
Cooking : 30 mins.

Marinade Ingredients:
2 scoops of ginger garlic paste
2 green chilies
1/2 spoon chili powder
2 spoons Pepper Powder
1 spoon Kura Karam (I used the Priya spice)
1/2 lb chicken breast tenderloins. (Used the ones bought from Schnuks Market)

Ingredients :
1 spoon of Cumin powder.
1 spoon of pepper corns.
1 spoon of hunan chilli sauce.
1 tomato - dicec into small pieces.
Some freshly chopped cilantro leaves.

RECIPE :
1. Marinate the chicken for 20 mins with the ingredients mentioned above.
2. Take oil in a Pan and heat it.
3. Add a spoon of cumin powder and pepper corns
4. Add the marinated chicken and keep frying for 15 mins.
5. Add salt to taste and a small spoon of Hunan chilli sauce.
6. Add diced prices of a tomato .
7. Cool for 10 mins.
8. Add cilantro leaves and keep the wok to dry.
