Chicken Kadhai with Hunan Chilli Sauce and Fresh Parsley.
There are days when you dont want to eat a completely Indian Dish but do not want to compromise on a Good Indian Style Kadhai Chicken as well, if that day is today you should give it a try. I played with Hunan Chilli sauce which is one of my favorite Chinese sauces , a little Soy (well who doesnt like some soy) and Indian Kadhai Spices to bring this absolutely palatable dish to my plate. Try it out, it wont disappoint you.

Ingredients:
4 spoons oil.
1/2 cut onions , cut straight.
3 green chilies
1/2 spoon red chilli powder/
1 spoon grated ginger
3 pods of garlic
Freshly cut parsley
4 spoons of Hunan red chilli sauce
1 spoon of Chings Soy and Chilli sauce
1/2 lb chicken breast.
1 Spoon of Cumin powder
1/2 spoon Mustard powder
1 spoon Turmeric powder
1.5 lb chicken breast cut into cubes.
RECIPE :
1. Take oil in a Pan and heat it.
2. Add fresh onions , ginger and garlic and fry till golden brown.
3. Add red chilies and sauté for a minute .
4. Add long cut green chilies
5. Add 3 spoon cumin , 1/2 spoon mustard powder, 1 spoon turmeric and sauté for 3 minutes.
6. Add cubes of chicken and keep cooking until the chicken is 80% done.
7. Add 4 spoons hunan red chili sauce , spoon of soy sauce and 1 spoon of green chilli sauce.
8. Close the lid and let the chicken cook .
9. Add the fresh parsley to garnish and serve hot with white sticky rice.
